My low rating is for the food and drinks. The server was a nice kid and very attentive. And would definitely have purchased more beer as I was out with my friends having a boy's night out.Would rather take my business to brocco's where the bouncers were friendly. The bouncer finally gave my drink back knowing I was weak and walked out, and those ladies were smirking.Here's some quotes:The woman came and said "are you really bringing beer from an outside establishment" we thought she was joking but immediately after the bouncer agressively snatched my beer "I'm going to throw this away".I would have no problem stepping out and finishing the beer because it seemed like we would've had a fun time there. They saw I was very scared when the bouncer snatched my drink and there was another young lady who was enjoying me getting bullied. They were white and came off very racist. I had a drink from outside and I didn't mind stepping outside, the bouncer aggressively snatched my beer and didn't give it back until I told him to give it back since I was leaving the establishment. The bouncer and the gate keeper were very rude.
communication is awful here and the bartender was trying to pocket our cash!! no intention of returning. as we walk out, the sign when you enter clearly says college special happy hour, or similar phrasing, and I tell the two hostesses at the front about the bartender and they didn't care. my friends and I decided not to get drinks. she also tells us that there is $20 minimum on card so we would pay cash.
we go to order drinks for happy hour and the bartender tells us that there is no college special and everything is regular price. then our waiter comes and tells us that we can't order happy hour drinks at the table and have to eat at the bar (when there is ample seating), then double checks and tells us the same thing the hostess said. the bartender tried scamming us!! First the hostess walks us to our table complaining that the bus boy is supposed to be doing this, then tells us we can order drinks for the college special happy hour at the bar and just bring it to our table. Had one of the worst experiences eating at this place.
